3. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

⦁ The request is initiated via our official Return Authorization (RMA) process.
⦁ The item is shipped back to us within the stated timeframe.
4. Return Condition Requirements
Because we deal in premium and luxury items, returns must meet all of the following standards to be approved:
① Proof of Purchase
⦁ Include the original receipt or order confirmation showing order number, purchase date, and customer name.
② Original Packaging & Accessories
⦁ Return the product in its original branded packaging (e.g., brand box, dust bag, garment bag).
⦁ Include all original components: tags, authenticity cards, care booklets, protective films, additional straps/laces, and any other accessories received.
③ Tag & Seal Integrity
⦁ Brand tags, security seals, or return labels must remain attached and unaltered. Removal or tampering will void return eligibility.
④ Item Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, free from:
⦁ Wear signs such as creases, scuffs, stretched leather, or scratches
⦁ Stains, marks, or residue (e.g., makeup, deodorant)
⦁ Odors including perfume, smoke, or food
Footwear must be tried on only on carpeted surfaces to prevent sole damage.
⑤ Packaging Condition
⦁ Do not affix shipping labels directly to the brand box.
⦁ Place the brand box inside a protective outer carton with sufficient padding.
⑥ Non-Returnable Items
⦁ Due to hygiene and safety regulations, earrings, underwear, swimwear bottoms, and opened cosmetics/beauty products are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
⑦ Defective or Incorrect Items
⦁ Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and all labels.
⦁ Retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after inspection confirms the item meets the above return requirements.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Items that fail inspection may be returned to the customer at their expense.
