3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By purchasing from Anerua, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
4. Product Authenticity
Anerua guarantees that every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced exclusively from authorized boutiques, brand partners, or reputable luxury distributors. All items are authenticated by trained luxury goods specialists prior to sale.
For select high-value categories—such as fine jewelry, premium watches, and rare limited editions—a Certificate of Authenticity will be provided. Some items may originate from authorized retailers in different countries, which may result in minor variations in packaging, care instructions, or warranty terms; these variations do not affect authenticity or quality.
All brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Anerua is not an official reseller for all brands unless explicitly stated. This Authenticity Guarantee forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Pricing, Duties, and Taxes
⦁ Product prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default. For international visitors, prices may also be shown in local currency (e.g., EUR for European customers, JPY for Japan) for convenience.
⦁ All orders are charged and processed in USD. The final amount in your local currency will depend on your payment provider’s exchange rate and any applicable fees.
⦁ For international orders, import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.
⦁ We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Orders & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment issues, or unauthorized resale activity.
We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or order, including orders placed using the same account, payment method, or shipping address.
7. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods listed on our site. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
8. Shipping
We ship worldwide from our designated warehouses. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
9. Returns & Refunds
By purchasing from Anerua, you agree to the terms in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. We strongly encourage all customers to read the Return & Refund Policy in full before placing an order to understand eligibility criteria, timelines, and required return conditions.
To qualify for a return:
⦁ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
⦁ All original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, and accessories must be included.
⦁ Brand boxes must be placed inside protective outer packaging.
⦁ Returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days of delivery.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
10. Prohibition on Unauthorized Resale
Purchases are intended for personal use only. Buying products for the purpose of resale without prior written consent from Anerua is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Anerua or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, shipping disruptions, or acts of war.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
